Local Moving
We provide local residential moving services throughout Johnson City and the surrounding Tri-Cities area. Our crews work efficiently while taking care to protect homes and belongings, including floors, doorways, and tight spaces.
Local moves are billed hourly based on crew size and actual time worked.
Long-Distance & Regional Moving
For regional and long-distance moves, we focus on planning, secure loading, and clear expectations. These moves require accurate information about inventory, access, and distance to ensure proper scheduling and pricing.
Long-distance moves are quoted based on scope and logistics.
Packing Services
We offer professional packing services for clients who want items prepared properly for transport. Packing can be scheduled for full homes or specific areas such as kitchens or fragile items.
Packing services are billed separately and must be arranged in advance.
Estimates & Pricing
Every move is different. Pricing depends on factors like inventory, access, distance, and how prepared everything is on move day. Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of booking.
Most moves are billed on a non-binding, hourly basis, which means estimates are time projections and final charges are based on the actual labor required. Changes to inventory, packing needs, access, or distance can affect the total cost.
For larger or more complex moves, we may request a brief in-home or virtual walkthrough to review the home and belongings. This helps us provide a more accurate estimate and avoid surprises on move day.
Deposits & Payment
A deposit is required to reserve your move date and is applied toward your final invoice. Once a date is reserved, crews and equipment are scheduled specifically for your move.
Final payment is due at completion of the move, before crews leave the job site.
We accept check, cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Scope & Changes
Estimates are based on the details provided during booking. If there are changes to inventory, access, packing needs, or other conditions, additional time and charges may apply.

Care & Protection
We take a practical, organized approach to protecting homes and belongings during every move.
Furniture is padded and secured before loading, and items are placed carefully in the truck to prevent shifting during transport. Floors and access points are protected when needed, and visible pre-existing damage is documented before work begins.
Boxes packed by the client are moved as provided. For fragile items, we recommend professional packing to ensure adequate protection.
